Thank you for choosing BrainFlow (“App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BrainFlow (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of BrainFlow, an application providing tools and resources for personal development and self-confidence through the BrainFlow App Manifestation Process.
By accessing, downloading, or using BrainFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or otherwise using BrainFlow, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have obtained parental consent to use the App. Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as indicated in the policies of the applicable app store provider.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period. You may cancel your subscription through the App Store settings of your device.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, visual design, logos, and trademarks used within BrainFlow are proprietary to the Company or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any component of the App without express written permission from the Company.
6. Restrictions on Use
By using BrainFlow, you agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks connected to the App.

Violation of any of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to BrainFlow.

We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors, interruptions, or harmful components, nor do we guarantee any outcomes from the use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or personal injury, resulting from your use of or inability to use BrainFlow.

10. Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted within the App, and the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms will be updated. Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to BrainFlow at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company.

These Terms and your use of BrainFlow shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in USA, as permitted by law.
